What pairs well with fall weather, scarves, and football parties? A fall cocktail featuring your favorite wines! Now that it is officially fall, stock your fridge this weekend and treat yourself to one of these delicious autumn drinks!
Apple Cider Sangria
1 bottle Pinot Grigio (or Beachaven’s Classic White), 2.5 cups fresh apple cider, 1 cup club soda, .5 cup ginger brandy, 3 honey crisp apples, chopped 3 pears, chopped.
Combine all ingredients together and stir, stir, stir. Refrigerate for an hour or so (or longer!) before serving. Recipe serves 4 to 6.
Caramel Apple Sangria
Makes 12 servings
1 liter bottle of white wine, 8 cups fresh apple cider, 1 cup unflavored or caramel vodka, 4-5 apples, chopped, 1/4 cup caramel syrup (plus more for garnishing).
Place chopped apples in the bottom of a large pitcher. Drizzle the caramel syrup over top. Add white wine, apple cider and vodka, then stir well to combine. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving or overnight. Before serving, swirl caramel syrup around the inside of a glass. Fill with chilled sangria, including apples, and sip!
Apple Sider Mimosa
3 ounces apple cider, 3 ounces champagne (We used Beachaven’s Champagne ), brown sugar and apple slices for garnish.
Pour the apple cider into a champagne flute, followed by the champagne. Serve immediately!
Red White Hot Chocolate
Makes 2 mugs, or 6-8 smaller glasses
1 1/2 cup milk (I used 2%), 1 cup red wine (We use Beachaven’s Cabernet Sauvignon), 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks, coconut whipped cream.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and chocolate chips. Whisking constantly until chocolate is melted into milk and you have a thick and creamy chocolate milk. Pour in red wine and heat until everything is hot. Pour into 2 mugs or 6-8 smaller glasses and top with coconut whipped cream.

A simple recipe for Cranberry Apple Cider Sangria, made with red wine, orange liqueur, fresh cranberry juice and soft cider. Perfect for fall and winter parties.
1 750 ml. bottle red wine, 3 cups soft apple cider (non-alcoholic), 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, ½ cup Triple Sec or other orange liqueur, ½ cup honey* (or ½ cup simple syrup, made by heating equal parts of sugar and water over medium heat until dissolved), 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, sparkling water to top off, 1 cup freshly diced red and/or green apple cubes, cinnamon sticks for garnish
